What you will do

• Provide leadership support to the General Manager and manage store operations in their absence.
• Manage the full client lifecycle using company tools to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Create detailed client floor plans and design presentations.
• Directly manage and coach Sales Assistants and Studio Interns.
• Conduct in-home client consultations and build relationships with local trade professionals.
• Maintain store visual standards according to merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.
• Retail management experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3D rendering programs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
