What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Brand Protection Analysts to meet client business priorities.
• Manage team performance against established KPIs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Act as an escalation point for team needs and resolve conflicts tactfully.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive operational results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall client objectives are met.
• Provide regular performance feedback and mentor analysts toward career development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot workflows.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
