What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-value customers to ensure retention and growth.
• Take full ownership of a managed book, including financial contract structuring and legal negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling from the product portfolio.
• Partner with sales colleagues to successfully establish and grow newly on-boarded customers.
• Act as the "voice of the seller," analyzing product performance and providing feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or consulting for technical products.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue metrics related to growth and churn prevention.
• Experience collaborating internally on complex deals and partnerships.
• Ability to gather requirements and build business cases for feature development with product teams.
• Formal sales methodology training and experience conducting QBRs.
• Must be based in the UK to facilitate mandatory on-site customer visits.
