What you will do

• Consult with customers to identify asset management needs and develop value propositions.
• Manage the execution of condition monitoring projects in collaboration with contract and sales teams.
• Perform advanced field diagnostics, including vibration analysis, motion amplification, and complex machinery troubleshooting.
• Lead the development of analysis databases and reporting systems for vibration and lubrication data.
• Provide technical support for the Indufil product line and conduct bad actor troubleshooting.
• Engage and influence global stakeholders and client leadership teams regarding reliability strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vibration analysis for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors).
• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 certification required.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within the US, Canada, and Caribbean.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 3 certification.
• Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 certification.
• CMRP or ARPE certification.
