Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Kraków, Warszawa, or Rzeszów (Poland)

Salary: 1250 - 1500 PLN per man-day + VAT

What you will do

• Develop and improve software tools that provide global customers with tailor-made heating and cooling solutions.
• Build modern data-intensive and cloud-native software platforms focused on scalable analytics.
• Design and develop event-driven services and distributed event processing systems.
• Implement real-time operational insights in collaboration with backend, frontend, and platform engineers.
• Create sustainable, cost-efficient, and environment-friendly energy management solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and basic knowledge of Azure cloud.
• Practical experience with Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging systems.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Kraków, Warszawa, or Rzeszów.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform transformation and migration projects.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Python skills specifically for data engineering, ETL, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures.
