What you will do

• Take ownership of existing C#/.NET applications and develop new backend services and APIs.
• Modernize legacy applications to ensure compatibility with existing clinical workflows.
• Integrate C# services with a Python (FastAPI) and AWS-based platform.
• Build and support containerized, event-driven services using Docker and AWS.
• Investigate production issues through debugging, monitoring, and log analysis.
• Write automated tests to improve reliability, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Python, Git, and Docker.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
