What you will do

• Design and develop new features across the product range, including ultra-low latency trading solutions.
• Solve complex latency and throughput challenges in equities, options, futures, and FX markets.
• Implement high-performance, multi-threaded applications under Linux.
• Work on normalizing and analyzing massive volumes of real-time market data.
• Collaborate with a global engineering team to bring technology into new markets and deployment models.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, or a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in C++ development under Linux.
• Experience with high-performance systems and multi-threaded application development.
• Knowledge of IP networking and automated testing (unit and integration testing).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Linux development tools such as gdb and valgrind.
• Python programming experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins.
• Knowledge of financial trading concepts and protocols like FIX.
• Experience with packet capture analysis using Wireshark.
