Location: Remote, with occasional requirements to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility in Leavenworth, Kansas, USA

Salary: $86,800 – $198,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Archiving and Enhanced Retrieval (ARCHER) team in designing and developing technical systems.
• Ensure live and historical simulation data are captured and centralized for analysis.
• Develop collaborative analytics and rich visual products to support leader briefs.
• Drive the production of After Action Reviews (AAR) and exercise management.
• Translate real-world mission needs into detailed technical specifications.

Requirements

• Secret clearance is required.
• 5+ years of experience with military training and training support.
• 5+ years of experience integrating training environments and Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS).
• 2+ years of experience performing system enhancements and software updates.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 441 Advanced Level Certification within 6 months of start date.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in software development using Agile methodology.
• Experience with GIS platforms and 3D visualization technologies.
• Knowledge of TDD, unit testing, integration testing, and code quality tools.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Web services administration.
• Scripting automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
