What you will do

• Initiate and maintain production schedules to satisfy sales requirements.
• Execute Visibility MRP and MPS packages to coordinate component purchasing and finished goods manufacturing.
• Facilitate biweekly production meetings to resolve scheduling issues.
• Anticipate and mitigate production floor problems such as material shortages.
• Translate general sales forecasts into part-specific formats for the ERP system.
• Track and report production performance metrics to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Business, or Materials Planning.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in master scheduling and procurement.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
• Must be based in or near Merrimack, NH.
