Associate Account Manager (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Prepare agendas, discussion documents, conference reports, and action items for client and internal meetings.
• Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, estimates, and other client-facing materials.
• Coordinate workflows between account teams, clients, and internal service departments.
• Support monthly billing, budget monitoring, scope tracking, and profitability activities.
• Review client materials, proof documents and versions, and maintain accurate project information.
• Support promotional planning, new business presentations, and special projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of agency experience.
• Basic understanding of marketing and advertising terms and processes.
• Strong organization, project administration, communication, grammar, and spelling skills.
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe documents for markup.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
