TL;DR
Mechanical Engineer (Automotive): Designing and developing mechanical components for high-voltage power electronics in the e-mobility sector with an accent on thermal performance and vibration resistance. Focus on 3D CAD modeling, validation of automotive components, and industrialization of power electronics products.
Location: Hybrid from Kraków, Poland (3 days per week from the office)
Salary: 800 - 1040 PLN per man-day + VAT

What you will do
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for high-voltage power electronics used in automotive applications.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation using Siemens NX or equivalent tools.
- Support the full product development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure designs meet technical and quality requirements.
- Drive engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and continuous product improvements while supporting design reviews.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong 3D CAD skills (Siemens NX preferred, CATIA or similar tools accepted).
- Good knowledge of GD&T principles.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and die casting.
- Familiarity with DFMEA, DFM, and DFA methodologies.
- English: B2 level minimum required.
Nice to have
- Automotive industry experience.
- Experience with e-mobility, EV, or power electronics products.
- Knowledge of FEA/simulation tools such as Ansys.
- Experience working in international engineering environments.
