What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on operational excellence, margin enhancement, and growth.
• Translate executive priorities into structured implementation plans with measurable business outcomes.
• Develop fact-based business cases, ROI assessments, and financial impact analyses to guide decision-making.
• Establish program governance including KPIs, roadmaps, and RAID logs to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner across Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize the operating model.
• Drive organizational adoption and change management for new capabilities and processes.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, PMO, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in business case development, ROI analysis, and financial impact assessments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to inhirify.global senior leaders in a matrixed global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, manufacturing, or operationally complex industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled or digital transformation initiatives.
