Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900 - 1200 PLN/day

What you will do

• Perform IT and investigative data analysis to support development teams.
• Design sustainable and scalable data models aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate functional and non-functional requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure transparency and clarity of requirements.
• Analyze and validate data models to ensure they support effective data consumption.
• Collaborate with developers and architects in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• Experience in relational database design, querying, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Impala, pySpark, and HQL.
• Hands-on experience with JSON and AVRO data formats.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• English: Very good command required for daily interaction in an international environment.
• Experience working in agile environments and distributed, cross-cultural teams.
