What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, and retention analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Work with the BI team to optimize reporting processes and enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Finance or FX industry.
• Strong SQL skills with an understanding of dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and working knowledge of DAX.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning applications in business.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DataOps principles.
