What you will do

• Gather and clarify requirements from analytics, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Design and evolve DWH architecture, including ODS and Data Marts, with a focus on audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial data pipelines and incremental data processing systems.
• Optimize data marts within cloud data warehouse environments.
• Analyze source systems and design comprehensive end-to-end data flows.
• Maintain technical documentation required for data governance and audit processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, DWH Engineer, or Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of DWH architecture (ODS, Data Marts).
• Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms, including partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of incremental data loading, historical data handling, and deduplication.
• Proficiency with Git and basic knowledge of Python.
• English: B1 level or higher and Russian language proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Storage).
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience working with financial data, reporting, and regulatory audit requirements.
