What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts by assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Lead large-scale data analysis projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Act as a liaison between the analytics team and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of data analysis processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align goals and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
