What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for small-to-mid-sized brand and video initiatives, including shoot logistics and final delivery.
• Execute and evolve production workflows, intake standards, and operational playbooks.
• Oversee review cycles and stakeholder feedback using Frame.io as the primary platform.
• Coordinate asset delivery schedules for live events in collaboration with event managers.
• Implement AI-enabled tools to automate production planning and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading integrated content or creative production within an in-house tech team or creative agency.
• Operational proficiency with Asana, Frame.io, and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience incorporating generative AI tools into creative production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously in a remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
