What you will do

• Develop campaign launch plans, timelines, checklists, and project trackers.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate the intake, briefing, routing, review, and approval process for marketing assets.
• Perform creative QA to ensure assets meet brand, technical, and channel requirements.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external agencies, and project partners.
• Manage localization workflows and final asset distribution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project coordination.
• Experience tracking marketing-project timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Excel or comparable spreadsheet and tracking tools.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer-marketing, entertainment, gaming, or media campaigns.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Figma, Mural, or other project-management and collaboration tools.
• Experience using digital asset management systems.
• Knowledge of SOWs, purchase orders, and invoicing documentation.
