What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Operations Managers, ensuring accountability and technical growth.
- Architect custom technical integrations with the programmatic technology stack for premium JAPAC clients.
- Act as the regional escalation point to diagnose and resolve complex issues, including SSAI friction and CDN routing anomalies.
- Perform data analysis to identify performance patterns and optimize revenue and yield for publisher partners.
- Partner with Commercial and Sales teams on strategic pitches and live platform demonstrations.
- Translate regional product friction and client requirements into actionable feedback for global Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in AdTech (Solutions Engineering, Tech Ops, or Technical Account Management).
- 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of enhancing technical processes.
- Deep hands-on expertise in first-party publisher ad serving and programmatic logic (OpenRTB, VAST/VMAP, SSAI) within CTV ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen to translate technical complexities into strategic insights.
- Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid office schedule.
