What you will do

• Guide the team in solving complex technical challenges and maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and architecture.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and inclusive team culture that encourages experimentation and high performance.
• Balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership and delegation.
• Advocate for best practices in CI/CD, testing, and clean architecture across the department.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in fast-paced, global environments.
• Strong technical background in cloud-native environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proficiency in architectural documentation and design patterns.
• Experience building developer tools such as CLIs and SDKs.
