What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for core platform systems.
• Define and drive multi-quarter platform initiatives to improve delivery velocity and system reliability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to balance long-term architecture with near-term business needs.
• Convert ambiguous, high-impact problem areas like system scalability and vendor experience into clear execution plans.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams working on internal platforms, infrastructure, and developer tooling.
• Raise the bar on engineering quality, operational excellence, and execution across the platform organization.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Singapore.
• Travel: Ability to travel across APAC up to 50% of the time.
• 10+ years of experience in Network, Systems, or Compute Engineering Management.
• Experience working within a large ISP, Cloud provider, or Hyperscaler Data Centre environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, GPU hardware architecture, and networking protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience with overlay Networking, distributed systems, or virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of VxLAN and EVPN.
