What you will do
- Align regional technology and data solutions with global DAT strategies to accelerate APAC business growth.
- Lead and mentor high-performing regional DAT teams and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Manage technology solution rollouts for M&A, business expansion, and regional transformation initiatives.
- Oversee master data management, integrity, and governance across customers, products, and vendors.
- Deliver reporting and advanced analytics to provide commercial insights for senior leadership.
- Manage regional IT operations to ensure system reliability and high-quality operational support.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics & Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in leading technology programs, MDM, and analytics strategy at scale.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
- Expertise in modern data platforms and analytics tools applicable to retail and F&B.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Singapore Office.
