What you will do

• Lead the design and optimization of space allocation frameworks for Front-End beverage business to maximize productivity.
• Develop assortment, modular, and space allocation strategies to optimize the shopper experience.
• Analyze shopper behavior and space productivity metrics to create best-in-class merchandising frameworks.
• Influence future assortment strategies to expand energy drink presence and increase retailer market share.
• Create and lead data-driven shopper and category centric presentations for retailer buyers.
• Leverage third-party research (Luminate, Numerator, Mintel, Kantar) to inform growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data and managing complex modular systems and planograms.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing Category Management.
• Expert knowledge of JDA (Space Planning) and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Experience with Scintilla.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
