Senior Analyst, Ecommerce Sales and Customer Marketing (Ecommerce)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, United States. The role supports Walmart and Club ecommerce business and may require domestic travel approximately 1–4 times per year.

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own recurring business performance reporting and translate results into insights, implications, and recommended actions.
• Analyze sales, category, customer, marketing, and ecommerce data to identify drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build clear data stories that simplify complex information for stakeholders.
• Support customer, brand, and internal business reviews with concise analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate marketing activations and business performance to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment.
• Partner with sales, customer marketing, finance, and business teams while improving reporting tools and routines.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, diagnose business drivers, and develop practical recommendations.
• Ability to explain what results mean, why they matter, and what action should follow.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including polished analyses, summaries, and presentations.
• Experience with customer, sales, category, marketing, or syndicated data sources.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities autonomously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce or retail.
• Experience in CPG, customer marketing, or category management.
