Senior Staff Product Manager (Financial Data)

Salary: $205,500–$278,000 base pay annually

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for bank connection durability, uptime, connection success, and financial data completeness.
• Lead bank API migrations and transitions to open-banking standards, including OAuth and FDX.
• Define high-quality data requirements for payment verification, cash-flow underwriting, reconciliation, and identity use cases.
• Improve account-linking and reconnection experiences while reducing customer friction.
• Partner with financial institutions, aggregators, and standards bodies on secure, high-scale integrations.
• Identify how AI can improve data quality, automate error recovery, and reduce manual maintenance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including platform, infrastructure, or data products at scale.
• Strong fluency in APIs, data standards, and platform design.
• Experience shipping platform or integration capabilities across teams with measurable reliability or quality impact.
• Experience building and managing partnerships with financial institutions, data providers, or standards bodies.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into product management workflows and experience with prototyped or shipped AI capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree required; computer science or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial data, banking connectivity, open banking, or payments.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.
