What you will do

• Translate business challenges into high-quality technical solutions and AI prototypes.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Capture deployment learnings and contribute to the evolution of core AI platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (or C#, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Experience with software delivery lifecycles, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Expertise in multi-agent systems (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and integrating structured/unstructured knowledge sources.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical value to executives.
