What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for internal field operations software and permitting workflows.
• Manage a team of Product Managers responsible for operational tooling and roadmap decisions.
• Partner with Operations leaders to translate bottlenecks into scalable software and AI automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Applications teams on intelligent automation integration.
• Establish product engagement frameworks across implementation, delivery, and supportability.
• Engage in architecture-level system and data flow decisions alongside engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA (remote role limited to US candidates).
• Proven experience leading product managers and owning internal tools or operational systems.
• Ability to redesign complex workflows and deploy automation for operational scale.
• Strong product judgment and ability to work with executive operational stakeholders.
• Experience in technical tradeoff discussions and system architecture with Engineering and AI teams.
• Capability to grow high-performing product management teams while staying execution-focused.
