Salary: $172,500 - $260,100 annually

What you will do

• Develop backend applications for various hirify.global Clouds, including Marketing, Commerce, and Heroku.
• Design, implement, and tune robust APIs and frameworks that scale in multi-tenant environments.
• Manage and process large data sets using cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Build production-grade software integrating AI into development workflows using tools like Cursor, Claude, and OpenAI API.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure services remain operational and highly available.

Requirements

• Technical degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of OOP languages such as Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python, or Node.
• Experience with Spring, gRPC, REST, and HTTP protocols.
• Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD tools.
• Proven AI-first engineering approach and advanced prompt engineering skills.
