What you will do

• Lead and coach the provisioning team to ensure all SLAs are consistently met.
• Oversee the end-to-end account setup and configuration for new clients across various third-party products.
• Manage the user account lifecycle, including role assignments, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement improvements to provisioning workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Billing teams.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and other relevant data security regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of provisioning experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Zendesk, with a working understanding of Salesforce.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data integrity best practices.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• No visa sponsorship available.
