What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Client Service Managers, focusing on their professional growth and job enrichment.
• Oversee service activities for plan sponsors and advisors to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high quality.
• Manage legal issues and client complaints to ensure they are handled fairly and consistently.
• Recommend and establish organizational policies and procedures to improve immediate operations.
• Determine resource allocation to meet schedules, goals, and organizational objectives.
• Stay current on legal and regulatory issues affecting clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience leading a client-facing service team, including attracting and retaining staff.
• Familiarity with employee benefits recordkeeping systems and processes.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work overnight hours and submit to FINRA fingerprinting.
