What you will do

• Update and maintain databases and records for subtitling assignments.
• Collect files from vendors and monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform quality checks on files and prepare final deliverables for customers.
• Collaborate with GTS Support, Client Managers, Language Teams, and the Finance Department.
• Train teammates on client-specific workflows to provide coverage during absences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) is essential
• Polish: Fluent (written and spoken) is essential
• Experience working with databases and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus.
