Pricing Analyst

Location: Bucharest, Romania; Iasi, Romania; or remote from Romania. The role requires partial overlap with US East Coast business hours (EST/EDT).

What you will do

• Analyze client requirements and system configurations to calculate financial components for contracts and proposals.
• Manage the change order queue from the initial request through final execution and signature.
• Enter study specifications into budget calculators and prepare, edit, and customize change orders.
• Ensure pricing, financial terms, assumptions, and budget summaries align with customer master agreements and approved templates.
• Coordinate change order alignment calls and communicate with Project Teams, Finance, Legal, and customers.
• Incorporate Legal feedback, manage customer revisions, and save fully executed change orders appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on pricing and contract review.
• Strong understanding of contract processes and strategies, with hands-on pricing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, plus familiarity with CRM systems and Salesforce.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and accountable approach to work.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
