What you will do

• Execute buy and sell side diligence engagements for Corporate Finance clients.
• Perform quality of earnings (QofE), financial trend analysis, and working capital trending.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and provide deal structuring insights.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Assist in marketing, client pitches, and practice development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Expertise in financial modeling (Excel), including 3-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Experience with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
