Consulting Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; candidates must reside in New York City or the surrounding area. The role operates in a hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: 223,550–289,300 USD annual on-target earnings, including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Own and develop strategic technical relationships with key customers, including executive stakeholders.
• Design customer-centric solutions and develop technical account strategies that address business and technology requirements.
• Identify and define design-win opportunities across customer subsidiaries and buying centers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, sales, and other internal teams to advocate for customer requirements and support solution delivery.
• Orchestrate virtual technical teams, coordinate customer opportunities, and maintain accountability throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Provide strategic guidance on storage, data management, AI, and public or hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical selling, systems design, or engineering.
• Experience with data storage and infrastructure, including creating customer design-win opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.
• Strong understanding of public and hybrid cloud infrastructure and service providers.
• Proven ability to drive business growth through technical solutions and customer relationships.
• Background in the financial services or banking industry and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
