What you will do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements, supervising project delegation and leadership across the engagement lifecycle.
• Perform detailed quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital trending.
• Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify purchase price adjustments and provide deal structuring insights.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and presentations for high-level client deliverables.
• Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice through marketing, client pitches, and product development.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client stakeholders to achieve strategic engagement objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in constructing 3-statement financial models, cash flows, and scenario analyses using Excel.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with senior management and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
