What you will do

• Lead the migration project from AX 2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Gather and analyze business requirements to prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps.
• Define and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve the ERP solution.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst with D365 F&O or AX 2012.
• Strong understanding of Finance (GL, AP/AR, Polish tax localization) and/or Supply Chain business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and D365 data models.
• Proven track record in ERP migration projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience defining testing strategies using Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT).

Nice to have

• PSPO or similar Product Owner certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, or MB-335).
