Salary: PLN 147,000 - 195,900

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and value to guide development decisions.
• Create detailed requirements and user stories, prioritizing the product backlog using Agile principles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop wireframes and prototypes.
• Manage the product roadmap and release planning in coordination with the Product Manager.
• Lead sprint planning and end-of-sprint demonstrations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop product documentation, including release notes and online help content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience within a cable and wire manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Scrum/Agile training or certification.
• Product Management training or certification.
• Experience working with remote teams.
