What you will do

• Own the AI vision, roadmap, and product backlog for omnichannel customer journeys.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to improve employee productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of AI products including Voice Analytics, ChatBots, VoiceBots, and Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with Technology AI delivery teams to translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track business outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Drive the rollout, communication, and adoption of AI solutions across B2C stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering digital products.
• Proven track record of roadmap and backlog management in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys (e-commerce, CRM, contact centers, retail).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience delivering AI, machine learning, or Generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and modern platforms such as OpenAI APIs or Microsoft Copilot.
