What you will do

• Shape the mobile app vision and translate it into an executable roadmap.
• Conduct continuous product discovery to uncover and validate user needs.
• Design and execute experiments in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Manage the full delivery process to ensure features are shipped and go live.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive informed product decisions.
• Optimize internal and product workflows using AI tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically with B2C mobile apps.
• Strong skills in product discovery and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with data fluency and an experimental mindset.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Proficiency in optimizing workflows with AI.
• Solid understanding of mobile app specifics (store cycles, retention, monetization).
