What you will do

• Create and analyze Monthly MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) reports to ensure correct asset alignment across business units.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement cleanup processes based on customer guidance to improve install base accuracy.
• Provide actionable insights on ongoing data audits from sources like Collector, SNOW, and FN.
• Track and manage EA subscriptions and true-forwards to correct license accounting and prepare customers for upcoming charges.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Agreement Specialists to advise customers on license consumption and value shift.
• Audit and validate Cisco service contract characteristics and OEM data exports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
