Compensation: $132,000–$179,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Drive hypothesis-driven analysis on market sizing, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy for the fintech platform.
• Develop and present executive-ready deliverables and recommendations directly to the C-Suite and Board.
• Support corporate development activities, including M&A screening, due diligence, and valuation analysis.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Finance, Product, and Engineering to implement strategic initiatives.
• Optimize enterprise technology architecture, evaluating build/buy/partner decisions to increase efficiency.
• Shape roadmaps for AI enablement and platform consolidation to improve scalability and speed to market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB, Accenture, Big Four), investment banking, or high-growth fintech.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analysis and deliverable development.
• Working knowledge of fintech and lending fundamentals, including unit economics and capital markets.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL.
