What you will do

• Partner with Sales & Account Management to support sellers integrating with our platform.
• Design and deliver technical solutions, including building proof-of-concepts and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Be a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface partner feedback.
• Create compelling demos and presentations for both executives and engineering.
• Communicate product features and technical guidance across audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise with APIs and debugging integrations.
• Prior experience with full-stack development and proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience leading technical projects in globally distributed teams.
• A willingness to travel for onsite client meetings (10-20%).
