Senior Consultant (Budget)

TL;DR

Senior Consultant (Budget): Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations of Euna Budget for public sector organizations with an accent on discovery/design of future-state workflows, data migration and SQL/ETL configuration, and change management. Focus on managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder communication through go-live while ensuring reporting, integrations, and adoption work reliably in the system.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Atlanta, GA office: Tuesday–Thursday)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementations, managing scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live.
• Plan and facilitate structured discovery workshops (e.g., JAD) to document current-state workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
• Design future-state workflows that meet customer objectives while balancing requested changes with system and process constraints.
• Lead data migration (mapping, cleansing, validation, and load) and troubleshoot reporting/data validation components.
• Build and troubleshoot SQL views and stored procedures; design and manage integrations and import/export (ETL) processes.
• Support testing, training, and go-live readiness while escalating and resolving risks early to keep implementations on schedule and on scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing enterprise-level software implementations in professional services, consulting, or customer-facing delivery.
• 3+ years of SQL development experience, including views, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Direct experience running JAD or similar structured workshops to gather and document current-state business requirements.
• Proven ability to design future-state workflows that satisfy customer objectives within realistic system and process constraints.
• Strong change management skills to guide customers through workflow changes while maintaining confidence and trust.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to and advising customer executives and project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with government or public sector budgeting software or processes.
• Familiarity with public sector budgeting cycles, fund accounting, or related government finance concepts.
