What you will do

• Lead Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations across Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Direct onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and quality standards.
• Facilitate client workshops to guide business process design, solution architecture, and configuration.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Define and optimize business processes and organizational change initiatives through collaboration and negotiation.
• Contribute to the Oracle Cloud practice by mentoring team members and developing best practices.

Requirements

• 9-13 years of experience managing multiple full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Proven track record with at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Multi-Pillar projects.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills.
• Experience implementing solutions in global environments or international contexts.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.
