What you will do

• Manage the retention and growth of an evolving portfolio of SMB and strategic sellers in France.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through discovery, education, and onboarding support.
• Negotiate custom pricing with strategic-level sellers using value-based selling methodologies.
• Represent the voice of the customer by surfacing product requirements to international Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with the global account management team to share feedback, operational requirements, and growth insights.

Requirements

• Business fluency in French and English is required.
• Must be based in France.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Proven track record of managing a pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Resilience and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
