What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a book of accounts, leading regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful customer onboarding and value delivery.
• Monitor account health and usage patterns to increase engagement and reduce time-to-value.
• Manage the renewal process and track retention targets to minimize churn.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities for upgrades and add-on products in partnership with Sales.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product, integrations, and support improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer accounts within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets at SMB-to-Mid-Market scale.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for phone, email, and video interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM technology and analytics for relationship management and forecasting.
• Eligibility for US-based benefits (401k, US health insurance).
