What you will do

• Develop next-generation CLV models to optimize marketing portfolio decision-making.
• Lead the product scientific experimentation program, creating self-service tooling and processes.
• Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable ML and analytics pipelines.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance to maintain high production standards.
• Architect predictive feedback mechanisms for digital ad networks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language.
• Proven track record of building production-grade tooling for internal decision-makers.
• Deep expertise in CLV modeling, A/B testing, causal inference, or media mix modeling.
• Must be based in San Francisco, Washington D.C., New York City, Detroit, Phoenix, Miami, or Denver.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
