What you will do

• Develop decision frameworks and measurement systems for credit products, focusing on eligibility, repayment, and loss performance.
• Implement AI tools and agent workflows to accelerate analytical exploration, automate repetitive tasks, and stress-test conclusions.
• Partner with risk teams to monitor model performance, identify bias or drift, and connect risk decisions to business impact.
• Design and analyze experiments, rollouts, and policy changes to shape customer access and product growth.
• Lead technical direction for the Data Science team by creating reusable frameworks and scalable tooling.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the hiring process through interviews and calibrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (pay is determined by US salary zones).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 12+ years of experience OR a Graduate degree with 6-8+ years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience building decision-oriented data visualizations.
• Strong statistical judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous product questions into sound analyses.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve the speed and durability of analytical work.
