What you will do

• Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to design data science solutions that accelerate revenue.
• Lead exploratory analysis to identify revenue levers and operationalize insights into repeatable workflows.
• Develop and own revenue forecasting models and performance metrics as a business source of truth.
• Apply advanced causal inference techniques to inform strategy when randomized controlled trials are infeasible.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions across the sales and customer lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists on high-impact, cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in a quantitative field.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Proven experience mentoring or leading data science teams.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Deep expertise in causal inference and revenue forecasting.
• Experience applying data science in technology, financial services, or high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Hex or notebook-based analysis tools.
• Background in B2B business models, CRM, or RevOps data.
