What you will do

• Work directly with external partners to understand technical use cases and data needs.
• Lead technical conversations regarding API integrations and data access patterns.
• Design and implement custom solutions to expedite partner integration and data validation.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to improve data models and workflows.
• Develop internal tools and queries to enhance observability and troubleshooting of client data.
• Create documentation and operational processes based on partner feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting data platform solutions.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role delivering solutions to external partners.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience designing analytical or operational data models.
• Proficiency in a data-oriented programming language such as Python, Julia, or R.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration patterns like GraphQL, REST, or ETL.
• Experience with modern analytics and BI tools such as Snowflake, Superset, or Looker.
